Spar
Worst service, from a manager nonetheless

On Sunday morning i went to the Super Spar in Parklands to do some small grocery shopping. Anyway i pay for items and go home. In the evening I take the Fruit of the Cape 1 Litre yoghurt i had bought from them out of the fridge and open it. I first noticed that it had bubbles on top but i thought nothing of it, I proceeded to taste it and I almost vomited. The expiry date was 27 March 2013 by the way. I was really upset and drove to the store and asked to see a manager and I was shown a lady of African descent and whose name i never got to know. Anyway, i tell this lady my problem and all she had to say was "Do you want another one". I was flabbergasted, not even an apology nothing so i proceeded to tell her that i wanted my money back, then she asked again "So you don't want another one". I fail to understand how these supposedly big retailers do not train their staff properly in customer service, a manager at that. How do you expect me to buy the same thing that I had complained about. Worse not even offer an apology. This is how you lose customer respect. I will never again buy Spar branded goods and I will expect less from their staff when even their management is so unprofess
