Inferior quality - high prices

I purchased an item for R400 from Truworths on the 28th February 2013.
It is almost 3 months to the date and I have noticed that after wearing the item twice, the stitching is coming apart. I think it is unacceptable that the item is in such a state after only being worn twice. I called the store explaining the situation and was told that is not their concern. I completely understand if products fall apart due to wear and tear but this is shocking! I will never buy from Truworths again! The quality/ workmanship is obviously not worth the price.
