In August/September 2012 I bought a SONY BLU-RAY HOME THEATRE SYSTEM [model BDV-E190], the system only worked for about a week or so. I then took it to the Customer Service Department at GAME SECUNDA. Firstly those personel working at the department are very unprofessional and very rude. The Mangager is never avilible when you want to see him. I left the system there after I was assured that I would me kept up to date with the progress. I drove there many times to find out what is the progress, only response was ''still busy''. On the 19/09/2012 i threw my toys and demanded my money back, cos I am a paying Costumer WITH a GAME ACCOUNT. Eventually the Manager pitched up and said they must credit my account. On the 22/09/2013 I was in BDN i bought the same system, with the thought that maybe Secunda had a bad batch. Back in Secunda, the system only worked for about the same time as the Previous one. I statshed it back in to the box and on the 08/03/20131 I took it back to Game East Rand Mall JHB, they refused to credit me, i feel after the same problem with 2 products i do not want it back. This was Booked in and send in for repairs. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH GAME. & SONY
