Consumers with a sweet tooth, like me, should be aware that Woolworths have reduced the fill weight on some sweet lines like Dusted Jelly Babies from 150g to 125g. Despite that, the price has remained the same at R13.95. This equates to a 20% increase in price per gram! Then they have the gall to declare on a flash on front of pack New Packaging Design, like it was an amazing achievement. Mr./Mrs. Confectionary Buyer you made your bonus so why should you care about the cost to the consumer!
