Woolworths so often offers two items for a R10 reduction off the price. On two occasions the till did not credit the R10 and was not programmed to honour the offer!
I complained on one of the second such occasion when I happened to randomly check my slip and filed a written complaint. Buddy, at Constantia responded on Sept 5th 2013 that he will escalate this complaint. Until now into the forth month, and after my repeated emails to Buddy, Woolworths has neither responded nor apologised.
Even my first Hello Peter was ignored by Woolworths. The public saw though!

I want everyone to know that Woolworths is cheating us all. Every customer must constantly check as Woolworths appears to be untrustworthy and about its offers. Your honesty, Woolworths, is not what it is purported to be!

Shame on you!
