Mr price grp wont stop sending me unsolicited spam

Good day Nikki Gardner,
I hope this message reaches you in perfect health.
I have a serious complain. Between August and September 2012 we exchanged emails for over a month, due to my request (actually web complain) to have my email ID permanently removed from all your address books.
By then, all I heard was apologies and promises that the issue was going to be fixed, and I was going to stop receiving spam emails from the Mr Price group.
I eventually gave up complaining, really hoping that you were going to sort the problem out, as repeatedly promised.
Today is the 9th day of March 2013 and I AM STILL RECEIVING UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION FROM MR PRICE.
I click 'Unsubscribe' on the link provided within the emails, and all check boxes are unticked.
I demand an explanation for this behaviour. Why on heart am I receiving this kind of emails from Mr Price?
Are you able to stop this from happening? Or must I evaluate other routes into solving this problem?
This is illegal, in case you are not aware!
