It's amazing to see how many Woolworths complaints there on here.

Was also somewhat bitter sweet to be reminded that this is my 2nd post on HelloPeter about Woolworths (still awaiting a response on the first complaint from over 6 months ago).

I have driven between Canal Walk and Cavendish branches numerous times.
Spent far too much energy and money on phone calls and petrol, only to always arrive and have problems/contradictory service.

I was finally told to arrive at Cavendish store to collect a Cardigan (that arrived weeks later than promised), and that the price would be over ridden to give me the sale price that was on at the time of me ordering.

On arrival, the person who made this promise, had gone home, and I was faced with 2 extremely defensive and rude girls, who then called the "Manager on duty", Cobie. I was given very round about answers and explanations as to why the price could not be over ridden as promised on the phone. Constantly contradictory, with the 2 previous rude ladies adding their 2 cents when they felt necessary. Extremely unprofessional. I then said that I would deal with head office, and left, still without an apology or any possible solutions!
