I bought a fridge at JetMart Protea Gardens on 31 March on account. The fridge had a problem and never worked. I called the shop and they sent technicians from Defy to come fix the fridge twice, 2nd time they did not fix it I was told that it is suppose to be taken to the workshop because it broke twice. I had to throw away my food twie. Fair enough Joel organised an exchange for me on condition that I get transport to come get the fridge when I bring the one I have because they don't deal with deliveries but now its another expense for me as I must pay R400 for two trips delivery. I feel that the store MUST pay for that delivery from their pety cash. The breakage of the fridge is not my fault and R400 paid for transport can add to the payment of this month's account. If not so I feel the store has to credit the fridge or take their fridge, I need the fridge before Saturday the 4th if not they must come get the fridge as I won't pay for it or will take this further with the ombudsman if I'm forced to.
