To whom it may concern

I went into the branch yesterday 2 February 2014 and did my grocery shopping,
while in store i looked at their fridges as i have been looking for a decent bar fridge.
when i found one i wanted i spent 30 minutes trying to get assistance to purchase a new fridge of that make and model, Hisense 130l bar fridge, asking people in store to help and was constantly told by three different people, "they'll send someone to assist me.
eventually i took the price tag and went to the counter to pay for the fridge hoping i'd get some service and i did.
A senior manager who's name i cannot remember arranged for people to get me a fridge and all the paperwork, unfortunately they did not have stock of any new fridges, so he waivered the delivery costs and promised to deliver a new fridge as soon as he could get one.

Today 03 February 2014 i recieved a phone call saying my new fridge is on it's way to my house.
i took delivery of the fridge but it was far from new, I payed full price for their demo fridge on the floor which is dirty and dented.

is this what is expected of us, to pay full price for second hand and accept zero service from people on the floo
