Worst Service eve

I have paid for a couch a month ago and I have been waiting for delivery for a month. I have spoken to everyone at the store from the sales person to the manager and no one has a clue where my couch is. When i went to see the manager he phoned the warehouse and was told there is no stock so the 2 times they promised delivery they were lying!!! another thing they tell you they delivering at on a day and make you sit at home waiting there is no scheduled time and i have been told that they will get there when they get there!!! i have phoned head office with this complaint and no one there can help me either they cannot find my details
