FAULTY TV

I purchased a 37" Telefunken TV from Game Pinetown on the 3 December 2012. Two weeks ago the off and on switch stopped working and the when the volume is increased it has a vibration, phoned Game, was told to bring the TV into the store to have it assessed. Surely Telefunken has service guys that can go on-site to the problem. My dilemma is i have to know pack this TV and find transport to take it back to the store and then it will take 7 days for repairs. PLEASE ASSIST AS TRANSPORT IS MY MAJOR PROBLEM.
