I hope this will be my last plea to have this problem sorted out. The game was left at your store on 01 December. 2013. And no one has gotten back to me. Initially I requested that they swap out the faulty game with the same game, on which I was advised that they will not do. I then left the game at the store and was advised hat procurement will get back to me. It is almost two months later and I f eel a full refund will be appropriate in this case as I had to go and buy my son the same game at a different store as it was bought for his birthday, which matrix messed up. I you guys do not know how to do proper investigation. Get the store to call me as I am now so fed up. Only response I will respond to is a full refund, alternatively I will escalate my to the media
