I was at Game on the 24/10/13

I was at game bougth a few things n I was charged twice n went back 10min after I got the msg from my bank notifyimg me of two transactions.the lady told me that it would reverse at 12 midnight. I didn't receive it and that is my transport money to work, I went back today they told me to consult my bank n my bank told me its the stores problem. I am now studded woth transport money all becoz I bougth from game.
