Unhappy with game parow service

I took my new tv that i purchsed in November 2012 in for repairs due to a sound problem to game 3 weeks ago. only to receive an sms yesterday 22.07.2013 to say that my tv was ready for collection. at the store i enquired whether they found the fault and i was assured that my tv was sorted. when i got home my tv didn't have any power and when i called in to the store to express my disappointment, i was told that the tv only has a 6 months warrenty (something i wasn't informed of till now.)

i would like for game to either refund me or replace my tv, as i no longer have faith in game parow!
