Appaling service and attitude

My husband and I went to Game in Tygervalley to purchase a Telefunken television. We already have one and are very happy with the product. We've seen the advert in Game's flyers and my husband wanted to buy the same television for his braai room. In Game Tygervalley, we were standing around for about 30 minutes before another game employee had to go and call the sales man to come and assist us. He informed my husband that they had no stock left of the Telefunken televisions and my husband asked if he could find out from other branches if they still had stock and arrange for one to be pulled over to their branch for him. The salesmen laughed and said that he won't and tried confincing my husband to buy another brand television. My husband stated he didn't want another brand and the agent then insulted him by saying that if he buys a Telefunken, he doesn't have any image because it is not a good product!!! I told my husband to rather leave it and to go somewhere else and the agent stated that we can gladly go to their opposition. My husband asked to speak to a manager and the manager had the same poor attitude. We went to Game in Cape Gate where we received excellent service
