DAMAGED 32" HD Telefunken TV

My husband bought me a 32" HD LED Telefunken TV on the 13th of July 2013 at Game in Boksburg. I only opened the TV 7 days later, on the 21st of July 2013, only to find the TV is damaged and not working correctly. It's looks as if it took a huge knock on the left bottom corner. I took the TV back at the first chance I got which was on the 25th of July 2013, 3 days later, only to find the supervisor/manager Okkie Storm being totally unhelpfull, unprofessional, and refused to exchange the TV even though it was taken out the box damaged and still within the 14 day exchange period and within 2weeks after purchasing. The Manager was so rude that I eventually started getting upset and asked him if I should be punished for a error from the stores side. And the Manager sarcastically replied that they will send the TV into Telefunken and it depends on how long Game takes to send it in before I will know the status of my TV. This is the second time I have problems with aftersales service from exactly the same Manager and it is totally unacceptable. My TV was bought as a gift and within 2 and half weeks from buying it, it is broken and send for repairs. How on earth do anybody explain
