Excellent Customer Service as promised

I recently purchased a laptop for work purposes from Dion Wired in Centurion Lifestyle Centre. I mentioned to the Salesman that the laptop was going to be used at work and that it will need to be connected to the domain therefore I required Windows 8 Professional. The Salesman assured me that the laptop was of a very high spec and that Windows 8 Singular was sufficient, however that if there are any problems that I can bring the laptop back within 7 days and that they will gladly assist me.

After having taken the laptop to work and having specified the OS version to the IT Specialist, I was informed that the OS was a basic edition and therefore could not be connected to the domain at work. I called Sales Manager Louie at the branch who then advised me to bring the laptop into the store.

I took the laptop back as requested and after having had a discussion with the Sales Manager and Salesman, the Sales Manager, with no fuss or complains, assisted me by providing me with an upgrade to the required Professional version.
