No Stock Cell C 100mb Free Data

The Dion Wired January - February booklet on page 7 had an offer if you buy a laptop you will get a 100mb data free pre paid for 6 months. I bought a laptop on Monday 18 Feb. and Dion Wired Woodlands had no stock of the promo Cell C offer. I was told I could collect Friday 22 Feb. Off course it did not arrive and Werner told me he would follow up with the Dion Wired "buyer" and will call me not later than Thursday 28 Feb. I am still waiting for the call. Why this terrible service is this what one is to expect from Dion Wired.
