Description of Purchase: LG Bundle P420 Laptop
Date of error: 19 March 2013
Description of error: Broken screen
Dion's Response: It would take up to 6 working days to give us a quote for repair, once we approved quote Dion would go ahead.
Date of follow-up: 18 April 2013
Description: Did follow up with Dion as to why we had not received a quote
Dion's response: We were then referred to Executronics who then apparently sent the laptop onto LG,
LG then further passed it on to CRT
Date of Follow-up: 19 April 20113
Description: There was no response from Dion, we requested that the laptop be returned and that we would fix it ourselves.
Date of Collection: 22 April 2013
Dion's response: They apologised for lack of service, however have no explanation as to why they cannot provide us with a quote or assist. They also denied request for a loan unit, as they don't facilitate requests on broken hardware booked in.
