Worms in Lettuce

Hi
I bought a bag of prepacked frilly lettuce (Freshmark Green Frilly Lettuce) a few days ago and have been using this bag to make my salad every day. Today i was preparing my salad and noticed something on one of the lettuce leaves. To my surprise and my 3 years olds absolute joy i found 2 worms on the one leaf (still alive). It's not the end of the world (a bit more protein never killed anyone), but i thought i should just bring it to your attention.
