Lovies Napies - Disgusted

Over the weekend i purchased a box of 100 nappies (lovies) these are individually wrapped in packets of 25. In the box amongst the 4 packets was a set of used men's briefs. I am utterly disgusted at this, is there no quality control to see what you receive from suppliers? I am unsure if these nappies are even hygienically safe to use on my babies bottom.
