Poor service - Sandwich Baron, Sloan Square

Ordered a crispy bacon and avo salad this afternoon. Requested no lettuce in the salad. Asked for onion and tomato with cucumber to replace lettuce - nothing extra than what is normally in the salad. Was advised would have to pay extra for the this request - where in the past it was given. The salad costs R35 and arrived half full with no lettuce and not extra filling. Where do I get a refund for the lettuce that clearly makes up the bulk of the salad! I always buy from Sandwich Baron - after today this is no more!
