R46.00 for lettuce leaves

I ordered a chicken caesar salad which I paid R46.00 for (takeaway). It consisted of 4 cherry tomatoes, normal lettuce and lots of it it. A small chicken breast, uncooked brown bread croutons and some pameson cheese shavings with a tasteless dressing.
I think paying R46.00 for a box of lettuce is outrageous.
I phoned to complain about this immediately. They told me they weigh their food. Well that is all good if you full the box up with lettuce leaves.
