Bad customer service

I went to truworths in Johannesburg CBD (Elloff Street) on the 5th of December. I wanted to purchase a necklace that came with a pair of earings, but one earing was missing. I then requested to have the earing replaced using a set of earing which was also on the floor missing earings as well. I was then told it was not possible as damaged goods need to be sent to the head office. I requested for them to check if they have the necklace set in other branches. They system showed 3 items in their store which was not available for me to purchase. I then requested to speak to a manager. I explain my situation to Bongani the manager, who also showed no interest in assisting me he ended by saying its not his fault that customers from their store and its up to me if i choose to but the item with the missing earing or not.
