My "Go To" Man!

I just wanted to thank Chico for the outstanding service I received from him today. He was super resourceful in assisting me with sourcing a product that we needed to buy in bulk, but which was short in stock. He went out of his way to phone different branches for the product and eventually managed to locate it. When I asked him about another product, again he went out of his way to locate it and got back to me within minutes to report his progress. He spoke to me with respect and I could actually "hear" the smile and willingness to assist. I do a lot of purchasing for our company and will definitely keep going back to Chico from PnP Northgate. That is what I call customer service, thank you Chico!
