PAMPER NAPPIES DESIGNED TO HURT YOUR BABY

I have purchase pamper diapers for my TWO MONTH OLD BABY at the time. I had found a hardened ball of paper/cottonwool in the diaper which i had posted through to P&G. This ball of paper was hard and and sharp on the edges. it could have hurt my babies genitals badly. I keep contacting p&g, but only recieve feedback from very unhelpful people just telling me that vouchers will be posted.

this is unacceptable. 10 MONTHS HAD GONE BY AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING.

THESE NAPPIES ARE EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
