Unbelievably Incompetent staff

I submitted an email to service at clicks on the 10/05 for help to locate the product BABYLISS CURLER after visiting 4 stores to no avail. I enquired if Clicks are in fact stocking the products that they advertise. Received a response to ask which store is convenient for me. Submitted Illovo only to receive a response that it had no stock and to provide another store which also did not have it. These responses from the 2 consultants were hopeless. I had to think of a store for them to only come back and say "out of stock". A complete waste of time requesting their help in the 1st because I had to check on the clicks website and point out branches nearby for them. Common sense and basic customer service would have indicated the available stores with stock in JHB & submit them to me! Why on earth should I find an alternate store for them?? Then after the tiresome emails back and forth (did submit my contact details on email) I phone Ayesha who has ready excuses as to why she can't do her job effectively & annoyed to tell me which store/address the product is available at? Eventually I called the store myself to find they had the product? Despicable service and a waste of my time!!
