BAD ATTITUDE - CONSOLIDATE AUCTION GROUP

I sent out an email to a few auctioneer companies seeking assistance wrt a land that I need assistance in auctioning as this was easiest method of communicating to them as well as I left it as an option if they WANTED to respond and assist. I had given full details of the property etc. I am fully aware of the value of my land (as municipality does provide this already) and I did get a few auctioneers calling. However I received an email from a Mr chico da Silva (sent from [Email Removed] which the tone displays bad attitude and also shows lack of knowledge of my rights as a consumer. The email is as follows:
Hi
Once again, thank you very much. We received your email dated 20th January relating to the property in question.
We take note that you have advised all the auctioneers in this regard, you've requested information from all auctioneers. I think that is a bit cheeky from you in this regard as you are creating unnecessary expense for auctioneers to run around.
In the interim we will submit to you a value what we believe it's worth. In the interim should you be in a position to dispose of we will await to hear from you.
