One is usually more inclined to write a bad report, but in your case, I feel that I should really go that extra mile to say thank you.

I ordered a pizza stone from you guys/girls a week or so ago. I was continually informed, via e-mail, what was happening with my package and it arrived not just in time, but actually caught me by surprise how quickly it came.

The box was neatly packed and handled with care and when I opened it, I found a HANDWRITTEN note thanking and urging me to enjoy the pizza stone. This coupled with the fridge magnet - "LUCKY", was something small - but truly showed Fantastic customer service.

Having shopped online extensively, I can honestly say that the service and all extras received from Yuppiechef is truly in a class of its own.

Thanks so much for everything guys - My friends, family and I, truly enjoyed the product :-).

I will not be shopping anywhere else for my Culinary needs.
