Made me wait for over 30minutes

I paid for a few items. In the items was a PS2 and camera. The woman who was helping me went to the back to collect the camera and PS2. After 20 minutes she returned and said she was waiting for security to let her into the back. The man then called security and told them to open. she then went to the back and after an additional 10minutes she returned with my stuff. I waited for 30 minutes over all. After 5minutes she shouldve called security. This was in my work time so i have a set time to do stuff and waiting 30minutes for items is not part of my time.
This is not the first time ive had to wait, but ive never waited for half a hour before.
I am not impressed with the service today.
