VERY UPSET!!!

Hi
my order was suppose to be ready at 14:00 today i came at 13:50, which i was early i asked the owner how long still and then she start screaming at her staff... '' i told you they will come at 2 and the stuff is not done'' so i said ok i will wait she tells me so 15 to 20 minutes i said ok a half an hour past i walk she shouts to me ''you can wait in the car we will bring your stuff'' and i told her you said 20 minutes i gave you 30 now what and her words to me is ''DO YOU WANNA TAKE YOUR STUFF UN-DONE '' i mean come on im the client i waited for almost an hour then one of her staff comes out with my order and not even a sorry or nothing, how bad can you get... i feel sorry for her staff that she treat so badly but as far as im concern i wont ever do business with her again... EVER!!!
