Terrible service from online shop!

I regularly buy my groceries via the online store. A product was not delivered with my last order on 14.08.13, I called the call centre to notify them and was told it would be delivered between 2-5pm (I had paid for all the items). No delivery was made during this time frame so I rang again after 6pm and spoke to Nancy who assured me the delivery would be made the next day, now 2 days later no delivery and no follow up from Woolworths. This was the 2nd incidence like this and also once had someone elses goods delivered to me, which was handled immediately by Woolworths. Very dissapointed in the bad service this time and the terrible call centre agents and bad telephone lines. NOT HAPPY!! Should I rather spend my money elsewhere?
