Bad experience from online shpping

I place an online order on Sunday and was given a delivery date on Thursday only to receive a vague email on Thursday morning to say that delivery will be delayed. No indication of how long. When calling the call center I eventually got through to a consultant after holding for 15 min only to be put back on hold for another 10 min only then to be told, they have no idea! They do not know if they have stock or when delivery will take place. I was told that the shop would phone me, but they had no idea when this would take place either! I have already paid for the goods. This is really not what one would expect from a retailer who prides themselves on their service delivery.
