POOR QUALITY - SHELLEY

I bought a pack of Shelley Underwear about 6 months ago, the quality was poor and the underwear was in tatters within a short period of time. Thinking that this was perhaps a bad batch, i bought another pack of Shelley underwear (6 pack) less than a month ago, within a week, the seams are opening, the elastic is fraying. The quality is beyond shocking. I have not even used all the underwear in the pack and the ones that i had used are already tearing. I cannot return the items as the store won't accept returns on underwear. I am really not happy with the fact that I've spent all this money on such an inferior quality product, Shelley has always had good quality products but the quality has detiorarated massively.
