Unable to get cash that was claim 13/02/13

On the 13 February 2013 my Aunt Ria Dimakatso Mnqabashe went to pep for a claim as she has lost her daughter. she was requested to bring in all necessary documents which she did. she never got any response and started to follow up. Mduduzi kept on giving excuses until yesterday when he told her, she will never get the money without giving her the valid reason.
