Ad service and neglect

Authrisation was given to danmar auto 28 june 2013 to repair my vehicle. today it is 12 july 2013 and i have phone them 10-12 july every day to follow up when i must bring my vehicle in for repairs. they claim that they dont have my paperwork after the assesors spoke and emailed stefanie numerous times and they spoke to jacky yesterday and they resent all the documents. jacky and trudy and stefanie have told me they would phone me back and tell me what is going on and no one is getting back to me. documents have been sent to them from my insurance and the assesors and they still claim they dont have it and they will follow up and let me know. i still havent heard anything from them and this is unacceptable. i was there last year and i got fantastic service. but looks like my business is not good enough for them. they are approved repaires for merc and this is the level of service they are giving their customers.
