Bad Attitude regarding poor sevice

On 23/1/13 I wanted to buy some specials, but as I couldn't find stock and nobody on the floor to help me I went to see the manager. He very friendly gave me a product voucher.
I go to the store twice weekly and never find the productOn 13 /2/13 I went to see the manager (a different one) His respons was that the product was delivered last week and you missed it. It is not his responsibility to phone customers. I wanted to buy some of the advertised spesials. but that too was out of stock and he made no attempt to help. Why wil anybody support this store is Pick and pay is 100m down the lane?
