Flimsy furniture

To whom it may concern.
There is good news and there is bad news. I recently bought a lounge suite from Rochester in Strubensvalley for R26440. Which is no small amount of money.(Good news for Rochester!) The good news for me is that I enjoy sitting on the lounge suite and would even say that it is very comfortable.
The bad news however, is that I find the 3 seater to be very flimsy put together, which leads me to believe that it won't last long. Twice now, the end chair have hooked out of the brackets keeping it together, when I moved the couch to clean under it.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed that it was not communicated to me that the unit is in fact not 1 piece of furniture. Knowing that it is 2 separate pieces, that are clipped together in a flimsy manner, will definitely have influenced my purchase decision. In store, the way it was on display, you couldn't see behind the couch either, so there was no way of me really knowing it was to be held together flimsily.
Please suggest some sort of solution that will work for both Rochester and myself.
