I have paid for an item i don't have!!!

On Saturday, i bought a purple chiffon top from Legit at the Glen Shopping Mall, I paid for it with my bank card, but when walking out the store forgot the top behind as my little nephew was crying and i was trying to pacify him. When walking into the next store my mom realised we didnt have any packet with us so we returned to the Legit store, the teller that i bought the top from, acted like she didnt remember me, and ontop of that refused to acknowledge that i bought the top. The store manager was even worse, didnt even attempt to help. So now I am left with a receipt but no item, this is terrible service and i will not support any Edcon stores in future.
