Paid and closed account but must still pay!!

I owed Jet money so I wanted to pay them all the money that I owe so then I went in to
Jet Atteridgeville and told them I want to pay all arrears money so they told me to pay R5100 then I paid and told them to please close my account then they told me to come back to get the receipt that I paid and don't owe them anything so when I went back they told me that they don't have it and I must pay another R344 so I paid it again and told them that I want to close everything on this account yet again they didn't want to give me a paper to say I paid everything. I want my account closed but they refuse to close it and I must pay and pay all the time... I am now not going to pay again that's it...
