Account is closed/ict listing

I have a problem with FNB, i borrowed money from them they deposited it into my account. I did not use it and gave it back within 4 days. then i asked them close the account, they have since not closed the account.

now everytime i ask for credit, i get told about this account which is paid up cause it appears on my itc. profiling.

could someone please give me a letter showing that the account is paid up and closed so that i can send it to the itc so that my itc profile is updated.

i only have a fnb home loan. that is all.
