Daddy's NO DEALS

I have been receiving offers from daddy's deals for months now and on Friday, i saw an offer that looked amazing for a golf getaway in cape town. I decided to purchase it for my partner and myself, but the transaction gave an error twice. Before i could use another card, i received an sms stating that the money had been debited from my account. That is where the nightmare started. I spoke to a lady, Ms Nel who told me that no money was received by them and sent me documentation reflecting the same. I then checked my bank statement that showed the amount had been debited and spoke to the bank who told me reversing the transaction doesnt mean it wont go through. I phoned again and spoke to a lady Rene Mynhardt who has as from Friday not once allowed me to speak to a manager even though i have requested several times. I have made about 12 phone calls and sent 6 emails with regards to this matter. Friday Rene said that within 3 hours of not receiving an auth nr from bank, money will be reversed. On Monday 4 March, surprise, no money in my account. Another email, where i was told that I must get the auth nr from bank. Apalling! i did this and today still NO RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION.
