Don't Buy takeaways from this outlet

I bought takeaway samp vegetables and Stew Beef only when I get home within a few minutes and open the cling wrap to be met by the smell of bad samp. I took everything as it was and returned it to the store only to find that the store management does not care. They took the food and reweighed it and they claimed that it was half the mass it left the store as so I was only entitled to half the refund. I told them that it was impossible but they wouldn't budge. I reluctantly went out and when I got to the vehicle I started to notice the discrapancies on the slip. When I bought the samp it weighed just over half a Kilo at 19.99/Kg as per the slip and now as being returned was 1kg@ 4.99/kg. When I went back to point out to them they told me I don't understand how their slips print and reluctantly gave me the difference and now explaining that they had to weigh the samp so as to return it to stock. I got no apology I had to make too trips to the store and I still hadn't eaten. The arrogance with whick the balance of my refund was given left me feeling like I was a nuisance.
