Head mechanic accuses me of re-damaging my ca

Hi I sent my car to get fixed a broken samp on december of which it was decided that the samp would be welded and put back into the car. just 3 months later the car is giving the same problem as before and when i took it back i got so much attitude from their head mechanic who further went on to accuse me of having to have broken the car recently and told me that i had decided to reuse the broken samp... totally ignoring that they promised me a 6month/ 10 000 km guarantee on the job they had done.
I must now pay to fix what was supposed to have been fixed in the 1st place and i find this completely unacceptable.
Someone please help with lawyers or whoever can help to take this matter further so it does not happen to anyone ever again by mailing me on [Email Removed]
