10% not given

I went to the branch when I was at the till they told me the extra 10% discount is no longer available, well one of their rail had a 10% discount on it. When I was at the till I had to wait for then to call their senior manager that made me feel and look like a fool as if I was lying. When I was done I went back to check the 10% sign and it was removed. I'm very disappointed!!!
