I went to the Waterstone branch on 5th February and bought 2 packets of hot cross buns because it said that you get R10 discount if you take 2 packets and i took the two different types of buns and when i got to the till it did not reflect the R10 discount but the till supervisor (a lady) was very patient and friendly and helped with a great attitude and smile and was very efficient.
