NO REWARDS POINTS GIVEN

I recently purchased some food items from this food court branch in Ladies Mile Road. When at the till I noticed that I wasn't getting my rewards (less 10% promo on some items). When I queried this I was told that they are not part of the program. If they are not part of the program at that branch, why are the stickers indicating that you get 10% off the marked price. I tried to query this for some time with the teller but was getting nowhere. When I asked for a manager I was told one wasn't available. Surely if something is advertised as having a discount you should get the discount at the till? Very bad attitude and service.
