Wish all bike shops were like this one

Having been cycling for a while now, like the rest of the world, I have mostly experienced bad service from the majority of the bigger bike shops. Then I pop past Cycle Lab Somerset West and meet Kyle.

In my life I have never met a gent more eager to help, go the extra mile and offer great advice, even if it means he might make a smaller sale.

I wish all bike shops had people like him, and I will fly my new bike down to CPT for them to service!

Your franchise should be proud of you!
