BAD SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE

Took my bike in for a service to CYCLE LAB SOMERSET WEST to be told by IVAN that is take 3 hours to be done with the promise that it will be ready the following morning at 8am. Needless to say the next morning, around 8:30 they had not even started with the bike.

Obviously a little disappointed, I asked the MARK, sales rep for the owner name, so that I could complain about the service only to be told that he is in Johannesburg and he cannot / will not give out his details! This was said with such ATTITUDE! Like he is doing me a flavour

Needless to say, this story will be told over and over.
