Pickle that was gone bad

Good Day,
I have purchase a bottle of pickle from Pay and Pay Gauteng in Edenvale. When I have eaten the pickle I vomited my food and became sick for 3 days. The pickle was going off and had a different colour to it. When I took it back to Pick and Pay. The manager apologizes and gives me a refund. When I have asked why do they put they stuff up for customers to purchase. He says that the seal was broken and apologizes once again. This is unacceptable and I will never purchase from that store again. I had to buy medication to make me better. They didn't even bother to ask me how I was doing, after being sick from eating they pickle.
